Our gummies and candy may melt during shipping. If they melt, it does not impact the potency of the product. You may just end up with one blob of a gummy as opposed to 10. Our insulated packaging is here to prevent that from happening!

- Insulated with ice: Your product will be wrapped in heat reflecting foil with an ice pack to keep products cold
If you do not purchase insulated packaging, then you may not be eligible for a Customer Service Claim for your melted gummies or candy.
